“A-okay property. We've stayed there in the past. No amenities. It would be helpful to have a list of eateries throughout the area, not only in Sutton, as Grafton (8 miles away on US 6) has a good restaurant called Gary's Brickhouse. We were a bit confused about housekeeping as we left two dirty wash clothes & an empty tissue box on sink but they weren't picked up. Apparently you have to call, but it was obvious that we were out of tissues. For the price it is a very good option.”

“Words cannot express how wonderful this place and its owners were when we stayed here for my brother's funeral. Peaceful, welcoming, beautiful, and positively just what we needed to make a time of sorrow much more bearable. We have stayed ay many VRBO's over the years and this was by far the best experience we have ever had. Thank you Chris and Jay for being such wonderful hosts. “Budget stay and what I expected. Clean. Quiet, etc. What was disappointing was they advertised breakfast included. Wasn't expecting a full buffet, but at least a continental with some pastries, cereal at least. When I found the service area empty, I inquired where the breakfast service was located, I was offered a choice of an apple or banana. I chose a banana and was handed a tied up plastic grocery bag with a banana, bottle of water and a crumpled granola bar. If you are looking for an...

“Nice pool area. Has a hot tub. Decent breakfast. Restaurant on site also.”

“Shower had no anti-skid material in the tub. I slipped and was thrown out of the shower, hitting the toilet and the door. Luckily I escaped with a couple of scrapes.”
